SHIPPING TIMES

Each new order will be shipped in the most timely manner possible. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days of the purchase date. Once shipped, it should arrive in 2-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences.

STANDARD SHIPPING: USA

We ship most US orders via USPS depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express Shipping is available for most products in our online store, and is only available for orders within the Contiguous US. Express Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on real-time carrier rates for USPS Priority Mail Express. Orders placed before 2pm CST will be shipped same-business day. All orders placed after 2pm CST will be shipped next-business day. We ship Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

We make every effort to display the most current and accurate product inventory information. We will notify you directly in the event that a product’s availability date changes. Please contact us via email for additional information.

PRICING POLICY

All prices are in US dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change. There may be errors in the prices, descriptions or images of certain merchandise, and we reserve the right to restrict orders of those items.

 

RETURN POLICY

First, we want you to know that your satisfaction is what matters most to us. If you order something from us and you don't absolutely love it out of the box, rest assured that you can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If we made a mistake, we'll take care of it. Period. If you received a defective or damaged product, please let us know so we can replace it for you.

STANDARD RETURNS

Our return policy covers returns of most products in new or "like-new" condition up to 30 days after delivery.

If you've decided you don't like what you ordered after having it in your home for a couple of weeks, no problem. You will receive a full refund for your item(s) less the original shipping charge. In the event that you have thrown away your original packaging, please note that we are unable to provide additional return packaging.
